Postal Suspension Notice
Our Dear Play-Asia.com Customers,
It has just come to our attention that the Hong Kong Postal Service has momentarily suspended its postal service for your Country.
This is an unfortunate situation as this temporary suspension will continue until further notice.
Despite this upset, we would like to inform you about your current options regarding your current and future orders, as well as keeping you updated.
If you have made an order recently, and if the order has been shipped on or before 1st of August, 2013, it is safe to conclude that you will be receiving it soon per usual.
For any orders between the 2nd and the 7th of August, 2013, most likely your order has been shipped, but there is a slight chance that it may be pending in the Hong Kong Postal Offices until the suspension is lifted.
For any orders from the 8th of August, 2013 onwards, we will not send them out; in this case, you can wait for the suspension to lift or cancel the order wherein your funds will be reimbursed.
For your consideration and from our general experience, these suspensions are sorted out within a reasonable time frame.
If you still would like to order, the option of FedEx or UPS will still continue.
